Fixed a bug introduced into hdfWaterfall.py in r2111 by a debugging statement. This statement caused hdfWaterfall.py to skip forward an additional second into each section/observation processed and leave the least second of spectra in each section/observation zero.

Updated sessionGUI.py to make it easier to copy-and-paste DRX observations. This commit introduces a feature that updates the start times of the observations based on where they are pasted. This should make it easier to build nodding schedules with minimal additional work. This commit also sets the start times of new TBN and DRX observations so that they follow the previous observation in the schedule.
