Cleaned up the Fringing directory to remove the fringeSets.py script since it isn't needed anymore. Removed the gain.py and delay.py externals as well. Also, added in scripts to parse binary gain and delay files from MCS to help test the fringeSDF.py output and the new beam-dipole mode.

Preliminary support for the new MCS beam-dipole mode in the 'Advanced Settings' dialog. The feature is turned off pending a new LSL release.

Fixed a missing import statement in drspec2hdf2.py. Removed a call to the metabundle module and fixed an attribute error in the data.FillFromSDF function.

Worked on adding an option to drspec2hdf.py so that an SDF could be used to fill in the metadata rather than a tarball. This could help with some of the 'lost' files on the archive that don't have metadata. Added a new 'fillFromSDF' function to data to help with this.
