Fixed a bug in the new plotHDF.py script that caused the Data menu to display an incorrect combination of data products for some files.

The 'bug' I fixed in r1741 actually was introduced in r1740 when I took out a piece of code that didn't seem to do anything. This adds that code back in and does a few other cleanups of the code.

A few more cleanups to the code to make it easier to read. Also, added console messages for the mouse mask/unmask events and fixed a bug in the 'examine file' feature.

More cleanup to the plotHDF.py script. This commit has a simple usage handbook, toggles to the File->Save menu item to tie it to changes in the RFI mask, close/open confirmation dialogs for files with unsaved masks, and better plotting interaction.

Cleaned up some whitespace formatting in sessionGUI.py and added a line to the 'About' dialog that shows the current version of LSL.

Added a few new options to plotHDF.py that allows the instrument bandpass measurements from LSL to be used for the bandpassing rather than the simple data-based method currentlu used. Also, added options to help control what ASP filter the data was taken in if it isn't specified in the HDF5 file. Finally, added keyboard commands to the spectrum window to help with printing values, getting statistics, and performing simple power law fits to the data.

Added new HDF5 attributes to store the ASP configuration information since that is now avaliable in the metadata tarball. This only makes a small change to the HDF5 format that should be backward compatible with the existing files.
