Added an option to the lower panel keyboard menu to write the currently displayed spectrum to disk as a text file. This is done via the 'w' key.

Small change to shiftSDF.py to deal with the edge case where an observation can be shifted to two different UTC times on the same day and have the same LST. That would be a start time of less than UTC ~00:04 or greater than UTC ~23:56, and the -d flag is specifies the same start date as the input SDF. Also added a catch for zero-shift shifts to make sure the users really wants no shift.
