Fix to address Ticket #49 that deals with SDFs with observations that don't have OBS_REMPO fields. Also, added a few catches to make sure a date is specified when using LST mode and to make sure that specifying a time along with the LST mode is forbidden.

Improved support for massive numbers of input NPZ files in plotFringes*.py. Added the ability to save the outlier autocorrelation data to plotFringes.py in case that is ever needed.

Looks like the fringeSets.py script isn't computing the beamforming coefficients the same way generateDelays.py is. This fixes that.

Changes to hdfWaterfall.py to address Ticket #47 (-d/--duration not work). This lead to a few other changes, like needing to update the data.py module to better work on metadata-less reductions. Also, there are a few changes to plotHDF.py to make the GUI work a little more smoothly.

Updated sessionGUI.py to work on STEPPED model SDFs that are read in at startup. Fixed the default select of XXXYYXYY as the default linear DR spectrometer mode. Added a catch to deal with strange observer names better.
