Cleaned up the TBW calibration scripts to get them into a workable state again. Updated the README file to provide more detailed information about what order to run everything in. Added a new convertDelayToStretch.py script since applyNewStretchFactors.py doesn't actually work with the output of checkConsistency.py.

Fixed a couple of typos in the documentation of plotHDF.py. Fixed a bug in the 'contrast adjust' dialog box which caused changes not to be applied on clicking 'Ok'.
