Added a 'is valid' message to the shiftSDF.py query mode to allow for a quick check of things. Updating visualizeSessions.py to not get caught on TBN/TBW observations in the summary. Small formating change to efficianado.py.

Various tweaks to efficiando.py to make it more reliable. Improved the beam assignment method to help avoid double booking a beam when others are free.
