Added a try...except statement to handle a ctrl-C during the iterations cleanly. This will allow the use to stop the evolution early if it looks like the schedule population has converged.

Added a check to shiftSDF.py to make sure that pointing corretions are not applied twice. Cleaned up some of the shifting operation message in efficiando.py with a -v/--verbose flag. Cleaned up some of the other output as well.

Worked on adding in several features from shiftSDF.py into efficiando.py. These are mode shifting (TRK_SOL/TRK_JOV to TRK_RADEC) and pointing corrections. Also fixed a bug in shiftStartWeek() deal with sidereal-fixed observations.

Improved simulateFringesBright.py so that it takes a list of NPZ files and figures everything out for itself. Removed simulateFringes.py/gsm_low.npz since the script was really too slow and the dipole-outlier baseline resolves out a lot of the Galactic plane emission.

Added a -m/--mark-frames option to drxTimeseries.py to mark the frame boundaries. Removed generateDelaysMixed.py since you really should be using Fringing/fringeSets.py.
