Updated the masking functions in plotWaterfall.py and plotHDF.py to deal with the fact that LSL now returns all LFFT channels. Fixed a bug in the 'adjust masking parameters' dialog that stopped one of the fields from being increased.

More work on the new colormap options in plotWaterfall.py/plotHDF.py. There are now a few more colormaps to choose from and an option to invert the map. The colormaps have also been extended to the drift curve plots to make them a little nicer.

Various fixes for writePsrfits2FromHDF5.py to deal with older HDF5 files that contain only LFFT-1 channels instead of the full LFFT. This revision fixes both problems with the frequency assignments and the data packing.

Added a new script called writePsrfits2FromHDF5.py to help close the 'data loop' and enable processing of HDF5 files that are stored in the LWA1 Data Archive. This should help projects like LD001 and LD003 that use spectrometer mode and are interested in the possibility of finding pulsars.

First pass at adressing the bug that Kevin found in writePsrfits2.py. The PSRFITS format defines the sub-integration time offset (pfu_out.sub.offs) to be for the midpoint of the sub-integration, not the start. This commit fixes that and also adds the source name to the output file in place of the number of seconds into the UTC date.
