Fixed a unit problem in writeHDF5FromPsrfits.py which caused the RA to be saved in degrees but labeled hours.

Fixed a bug in writeHDF5FromPsrfits.py that caused the script to die for large skip values and added a new 'rfi_find'-esque script to flag RFI using spectral kurtosis. The new script is called 'updatePsrfitsMask.py'.

Fixed a typo in linear2stokes.py that caused the script to crash and added a new 'stokes2linear.py' script to go the other way. Small change to plotHDF.py to for linear data files to not use dB when 'XY' or 'YX' is present.

Cleaned up a few of the HDF5 manipulation scripts to add support for the 'SpectralKurtosis' group. Added a new 'linear2stokes.py' script to help convert XX/YY data into Stokes I.

Added support for histogram equalization to the plotWaterfall.py and plotHDF.py scripts. The method isn't particularly fast but it seems to work.
