Switched writePsrftis2D.py over to a new C-based coherent dedispersion routine based on the lsl.misc.dedispersion.coherent() function. This brings in a healthly speed up the script. Also added an option to writePsrfits2D.py to disable the time-domain Hamming window, if requested. Also, switched the various scripts over from 8192 rows per file to 32768 rows per file to keed down the number of output files.

Added the 'memmap=True' option to the pyfits.open() call. Fixed the value of the RA printed by the script so that it really is in hours.
