Added support for user sub-directories with auto-copy.

A few more changes to try and improve support for requesting an auto-copy from sessionGUI.py. This commit makes it more clear where the UCF username goes and cleans up the project and session comments. Also, fixed the 'Advanged Settings' window size when spectrometer mode is active. NB: There may be problems with auto-copy/SmartCopy for TBW and TBN files with multiple observations.

Converted the 'DR Spectrometer' option to a check box so that automatic UCF copies can be done with spectrometer data.
