Added a top-level README file and a shell script to check for bad DRSU (CV12 firmware). Worked on adding a data range calculation and display to stationMaster.py/smGUIO. Cleaned up the average power and data range plot windows so that they can be zoomed in on. Maybe someday it will display where the mouse is at.

Added TBW average power computation/plotting to stationMaster.py/smGUI.py. Added a DRX routine to create gain and delay files for a particular topocentric pointing. Extended getTuningOffset.py to look further into a DRX file for problems with the tuning time tag offset.

Added a couple of new scripts to TBN and DRX. TBN/checkTimetags2.py checks time tags and dropped frames in the full-up DP system. DRX/getTunningOffset.py looks at the corrected time tags for tunings 1 and 2 in a DRX file and makes sure they agree.

Added a 'force' option to stationMaster.py to force re-building the NPZ file if needed. Added several features to smGUI.py, including an adjustable color bar and better labels. Also changed some of the attribute names to make things more consistent.

Added a time tag checker to the TBW directory and eye diagram scripts to TBN and DRX. I should work on a time tag checker for the full-up TBN system some time.

Added a directory to start keeping up with commissioning scripts since they might be useful for future stations.

Worked on getting the 'delete' function working for multiple selected rows. Worked on adding in a target resolver. It doesn't seem to update the rows correctly...

Cleaned up after the false commit in r367. Added a 'check for unsaved changes' feature to quit. Made a nicer looking data volume dialog box.

Added verbose messages to the sdf validate functions so that you can actually tell what is invalidating a project/session/observation/step. Added the verbose output to sessionGUI and turned on validate-before-save so that invalid things aren't saved.
