Added windowing and clipping support drxGPU.py. Fixed a bug in the CUDA psdIntegrate function that caused the spectra to be integrated wrong.

Looks like copy/cut-and-paste is falling apart due to the how the objects are mapped in memory. Copies need to be made for both the copy/cut *and* paste operations.

Added in a catch to deal with files that start with 'decimation zero' frames. Updated the documentation with regards to the script name and options. Set the executable bit on the script. Ran dos2unix on the script to clean up the line ends.
