Added an attribution line to the lsl.misc.OrderedDict module to reflect where it came from.

Started working on the lsl.imaging.deconv.lsq() deconvolution method to see if we can get it working reliably. The main issue that the method faces is that the flux scale floats from run to run. This commit should fix that but there will probably be more changes coming as I try to figure out what is what. This should also probably be applied to the 1.1.x branch since the trunk is held up by ADP development.

Merged the recent changes from LSL 1.1.x into the development trunk (updates to the lsl.misc.ionosphere module and the getIonosphericRM.py script).

Fixed a bug in the correlateTBW.py and correlateTBN.py scripts that caused them to write Extended IDI files most of the time.
