First pass at adding in the new deconvolution module (lsl.imaging.deconv) to the devlopment trunk. This addes in a couple of new functions for targetted cleaning around sources and the least squares deconvolution routine that will be used for the all-sky survey.

Small tweak to the DRX tutorial and added in a new tutorial for DR spectrometer data. This will probably lead to a few more clean ups in the lsl.reader.drspec module to makes things a little easier.
