I think I finally tracked down this annoying problem that was killing all of the builds. The TBN freqecny actually needs to be returned.

Worked on adding in full support for ECR 11 (TBN header format change) to everything that could think of that deals with TBN frames. This changes some of the attributes for the Frame, FrameHeader, and FrameData.

Added a simple dedispersion module to lsl.misc under the name 'dedispersion'. This implements what I think is a simple dedispersion scheme.

Merged in changes from r550 and r551 for the new FEE ID number and the new LWA-1 SSMIF. Also added in a stub LWA-2 SSMIF that appears to parse correctly. Minor work on the DRX reader to try to get rid of the memory leaks. Added a progress bar to correlateTBW and explicitly turn off data clipping in drxSpectra.
