Switched the various CorrelatedData readers in lsl.imaging.util to only using the metadata for building the station information.

Fixed a bug in the VDIF reader that caused it to die on files that have dummy frames that consist of all zeros. Updated the error message for when the VDIF reader cannot parse a file due to the number of bits per sample.

Fixed a bug in the lsl.imaging.utils module that causes the AntennaArray instances returned by the various CorrelatedData readers to be out-of-order with regards to the antenna mapping in some cases.
