I have no idea why the OSX builds fail and the other ones don't. It's not acutally a build/testing problem but a problem with the code coverage calculation at the end.

Made the 'phaseCenter' keyword in the two FX correlators more flexible. Valid values are now 'z' for zenith, an ephem.Body instance, or a two-element tuple of azimuth/elevation in degrees.
