Initial work on getting LSL ready for Python3. I've made changes to lsl.common, and lsl.sim. lsl.astro seems ready to go already.

Added preliminary support for 8+8-bit DRX data, aka DRX8, from ADP. Like the COR reader, this reader in in alpha status since there is no data to test with. Also, small cleanup to the lsl.reader.drx module to get rid of refernences to functions that don't exist.

Preliminary commit to enable reading of COR data. This reader is currently alpha level since there aren't any data to test it with. Also, fixed a typo in the lsl.reader.tbf module.

This could finally be the commit that fixes most of the testing problems related to Ticket #73. However, there are still some OSX-specific things which could be NumPy related that I still need to look into.

Oops, looks like I forgot the include the drspec.c file in r1879. I should note that this version of drspec.c is a little different than what was in the original gofast.c since it has a variety of helper functions for the unpacking. Also, there were a few problems in the gofast.c module related to future work on TBF, COR, and DRX8 support.
