Updated the version on the PasiImage LSL toolkit to reflect recent changes to the WCS representation in imagePASI.py and pims2fits.py.

This set of parameters in imagePASI.py for the mapping of the imshow() output to the coordinates seems to work at 37.8 MHz for several bright sources. I think that it is better than what we had before.

Worked on getting the WCS information cleaned up in pims2fits.py and imagePASI.py. imagePASI.py needed a lot of work and I'm still not 100% convinced that the current WCS implementation/display is correct.
