Updated to version 0.1.2 of the PasiImage toolkit. This release contains a script to help convert .pims files into FITS images.

Added a couple of scripts to help show how to work with the PasiImageDB data. Updated the version to 0.1.1 to reflect the recent changes to the supporting scripts.
