Worked on making the lsl_toolkits.PasiImage module PEP8 compliant. Also, worked on modernizing the codebase a little in order to get ready for Python3.

This set of parameters in imagePASI.py for the mapping of the imshow() output to the coordinates seems to work at 37.8 MHz for several bright sources. I think that it is better than what we had before.

Worked on getting the WCS information cleaned up in pims2fits.py and imagePASI.py. imagePASI.py needed a lot of work and I'm still not 100% convinced that the current WCS implementation/display is correct.

Updated to version 0.1.2 of the PasiImage toolkit. This release contains a script to help convert .pims files into FITS images.
