Worked on getting the LSL development trunk back into a working state. This centers around cleaning up the lsl.common module and making sure things are seperated out between DP and ADP. I *think* everything is in a good shape now and that we can work with some of the early metadata-from LWA-SV.

Initial commit of the new lsl.misc.ionosphere module which provides interfaces to various ionospheric and geomagnetic field models. This module, along with the new getIonosphereicRM.py, helps with determining what the ionosphere contributes to the DM and RM for a given observation.

Several changes to lsl.common.stations to add in new features. First LWAStation is now a sub-class of ephem.Observer which should make it easier to find things. Second, all of the objects should pickle well now. Finally, added a response() function to the Antenna object to read in an estimate of the impedance mis-match loss.

Merged in changes from r550 and r551 for the new FEE ID number and the new LWA-1 SSMIF. Also added in a stub LWA-2 SSMIF that appears to parse correctly. Lots of work getting things ready for the 0.4.0 release. Testing of the various DRX scripts uncovered a few problem in the DRX reader (readBlock) and the TS-FITS writer. Seems to be cleared up now. Ran spell check on comments in several files to clean up some typos. Updated the text SSMIF with the new survey coordinates. General script clean-up, too.

Switched the ID # of the outlier (RTA) from -1 to 258 to maintain consistency with others. Added information for stand #258 to lwa1-postions and lwa1-cables to unify the codebase. More work on getting FITS IDI working. A FITS IDI will write a file now that can be read into AIPS. However, there still seem to be some lingering problems with how the data is writen.
