Worked on getting the LSL development trunk back into a working state. This centers around cleaning up the lsl.common module and making sure things are seperated out between DP and ADP. I *think* everything is in a good shape now and that we can work with some of the early metadata-from LWA-SV.

More work on getting FITS IDI working. A FITS IDI will write a file now that can be read into AIPS. However, there still seem to be some lingering problems with how the data is writen.
